1. Intellectual Property

HUZUZ platform is the exclusive property of APSA. It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent from HUZUZ management. Any violation results in civil and criminal liability.

2. Privacy & Data Protection

We protect user data according to international standards (GDPR & OWASP MASVS). All sensitive data is encrypted via AES-256-GCM, and communications via TLS 1.3 exclusively. We do not sell data to third parties. You may request data deletion via: info@huzuz.co.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Using automated tools (bots), cheating, exploiting vulnerabilities, or creating multiple accounts for fraud is strictly prohibited. Such behavior leads to immediate account closure and balance confiscation, with the right to legal prosecution.

4. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "As Is". HUZUZ is not liable for indirect losses, service interruptions, or technical errors. Maximum compensation shall not exceed the amounts paid by the user in the last 30 days.

5. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HUZUZ operates. Disputes are resolved amicably via info@huzuz.co within 30 days before escalating to competent courts.
